Katie Stanford is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in criminal defense, committed to advocating for individuals navigating complex legal challenges. She worked with Metropolitan Public Defender’s Office in Portland, Oregon, where she represented clients facing misdemeanor, felonies and Ballot Measure 11 offenses.

Throughout her career, Katie has built a reputation for being a fierce compassionate advocate, ensuring that every client is treated with dignity, respect, and has a clear understanding of their legal rights.

Katie brings a client-centered approach to her practice, with a particular commitment to serving underserved and marginalized populations. She understands that effective legal representation requires more than knowledge of the law — it requires listening, empathy, and a willingness to meet people where they are.

Educated on both the East coast, West coast and in England, Katie brings a breadth of experience to her client-centered practice. She earned a Master’s degree from Harvard and earned her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law.
